Schoen Clinic UK delivers powerful compliance training to healthcare workers

Schoen Clinic UK, part of the German private hospital group, needed a better way to manage compliance training as it expanded across the UK. Previously, training was split across multiple systems and spreadsheets, making it difficult to track records and get a single view of compliance. The clinic chose Totara Learn, delivered by Totara partner Skills for Health, to centralize learning for more than 500 learners and support accurate reporting.

Totara implemented a flexible, scalable LMS called LearnSpace with features such as HR data import, dynamic audiences, certification assignment, event booking, and a compliance reporting dashboard. The result was an eight-week rollout, improved learning access for 500+ staff, real-time compliance visibility, reduced manual administration, and significantly less time spent on tracking training. Totara also helped Schoen Clinic lay the groundwork for future use of Totara Perform.
