Samsonite, a global leader in travel products, needed a more flexible learning solution to ensure a consistent customer experience across its stores. Their original portal was too static and lacked the ability to add new materials, provide robust reporting, support multilingual content, create learning paths by function and brand, and surface communications to staff.

Samsonite chose Totara Learn with implementation help from The Courseware Company to launch "The Coach," a modern, multilingual platform (10 languages) with 580+ video courses and personalized study paths by role and brand. Since going live in December 2018 the platform now supports over 2,000 accounts across regions, and active user rates rose from 65% to 85%; Samsonite is adding interactive quizzes and modules to drive engagement toward 100%.
