Totara implemented integrations with WhatsApp, Fortia, and Microsoft Power BI, plus automation using Dynamic Audiences and a custom user experience, all reinforced with gamification features like points, badges, and leaderboards. The results included a 400% increase in courses in less than three years, a 98% on-time completion rate, a 75% reduction in support tickets, 93% user satisfaction, more than 1,000,000 completed courses, a 33% increase in compliance, and over 4,500 collaborators onboarded in a single day.
