Salud Digna, a healthcare organization in Mexico serving millions of patients across more than 100 clinics and mobile units, needed a better way to manage rapidly growing training demands for its 10,000-plus employees. Working with Totara partner Kineo, it sought a more intuitive, motivating learning experience and a clearer path for clinic managers and other operational staff using Totara Learn.

Totara implemented integrated, automated learning delivery with Totara Learn connected to Fortia HRIS and Microsoft Power BI, plus Dynamic Audiences, clearer UX, and gamification. The result was a major scale-up from 500 to more than 2,000 courses, a 98% on-time completion rate, a 75% reduction in user inquiries, and the ability to support workforce growth from 10,000 to 20,000 collaborators in under a year.
