Rubix, Europe’s largest supplier of industrial MRO products and services with 650+ locations across 22 countries, needed to standardise sales and product knowledge through a group-wide Rubix Academy. The challenge was to deliver consistent, region-appropriate training at scale, automate enrolment, support multiple languages and third‑party content, and give HR and compliance teams reliable reporting.

Synergy Learning implemented a Totara Learn multi‑tenant LMS with a custom catalogue, UX, and “Programs” automation to enroll users into relevant courses while hiding non‑relevant content. The platform integrates 200+ LTI and SKF courses, supports six languages, issues badges and personal development plans, and includes custom reporting and gap‑analysis plugins — delivering centralised compliance and HR reporting, improved engagement, mobile access, and scalable learning across the group.
