Revlon Professional, part of Revlon, needed a new way to deliver hairdressing education when COVID-19 shut down local academies and in-person salon visits. With regional differences in language and trends, Revlon also struggled to create engaging global online training that worked for hairdressers worldwide. To address this, Revlon looked for a flexible learning platform and partnered with Totara.
Revlon implemented Totara with Platinum Totara Partner Actua to build an “Always On” learning platform for on-demand, multilingual training. The solution let local markets manage training within global guidelines, worked well on mobile devices, and used Google Analytics to track usage and learner behavior. As a result, Revlon transformed its training model and created a scalable digital education experience available anytime, anywhere.
