By migrating Learning Spaces to Totara Learn and breaking courses into microlearning modules, Remote Learner used Programs and Audiences to deliver version‑specific training pathways, added manager progress visibility and reporting, and built a playlist‑style theme plus Ask an Expert, webinars and virtual office hours. The result was noticeably improved usability: average training module clicks per login fell from 10.5 to 7.1, making it faster for users to access help and complete learning.
