Rabobank is a cooperative bank operating in 40 countries with 43,000 employees and 8.7 million clients, committed to leadership in Dutch financial markets and global food & agri. To support its strategic pillar of “empowered employees,” Rabobank needed a user-friendly portal to let staff book courses using a personal development budget, plus efficient approval/cancellation workflows and real-time insights for employees, managers and HR.

Bloomville delivered Time2Grow!, a three-part solution built on Totara (SSO, HR feed, workflows, reporting), the Learningville® content marketplace (≈30,000 offerings from 130 vendors) and a Rabobank-styled front end with powerful search, budget meters and learning nuggets. Launched in three months, it attracted 10,000 visitors in week one, averages 1,000 weekly users and 150 bookings per week, gives detailed training and budget visibility, and is projected to save Rabobank €500,000 in internal administration and financial handling in 2018 while improving employee development uptake.
