QIAGEN Academy upgrades learning platform with Totara and close SAP integration

QIAGEN, a global Sample-to-Insight company with over 4,300 employees and 500+ core products sold in 80+ countries, needed a scalable, consistent training solution for employees and distribution partners. The company wanted a modern, mobile-friendly LMS that preserved existing Moodle content and user data while integrating tightly with its IT landscape—especially SAP—to reduce administration costs and streamline training processes.

MULTA MEDIO upgraded QIAGEN’s Moodle instance to Totara Learn, migrated all users and content, and added features like personalized dashboards, manager team views, SAP daily user sync, flexible reporting, program-based automation, and joint online/classroom training management.
