BeReady is a UK social enterprise delivering digital learning across schools, colleges and employers, expanding its SupportUKSchools offer during COVID-19. Faced with the challenge of building an interactive, scalable platform for mainly secondary teachers and 11–18 year-olds — including a curated remote curriculum for Years 7–10 and soft-skills employability content — BeReady needed a solution that could serve up to a million users while giving thousands of schools their own branded experience.

Working with Accipio on Totara Learn, BeReady launched a multi-tenant, branded LMS with automated onboarding, gamification, video streaming, careers integrations, a quick course builder and a learning locker. Delivered in six weeks and continually iterated, the site now hosts over 200,000 registered users, almost 4,000 schools (700 actively enrolling students), 1,000+ courses, zero cost per user for schools, devolved school management and ongoing monthly enhancements.
