OurRelationship breaks the barriers to relationship support with a versatile and innovative experience platform

OurRelationship, the University of Miami’s relationship support programme, needed a scalable digital platform to help more couples access guidance while preserving the personalisation and effectiveness of traditional therapy. Using Totara Learn, the team set out to build a solution that could manage two partner accounts, tailor content to each couple’s situation, and give coaches clear visibility into progress.

Totara delivered the flexible platform OurRelationship needed, combining self-registration, automation, coaching tools, reminders, scheduling, and robust reporting. The result was strong engagement and measurable impact: 94% satisfaction, 97% would recommend it, completion rates of 63% to 86%, and a more than 100% increase in partners reached, helping the programme serve over 10,000 couples and secure a five-year federal grant to provide free support to 2,500 low-income couples each year.
