Odido, formerly T-Mobile Netherlands, needed a future-proof learning platform that could keep pace with its rapid growth and brand transformation, while continuing to deliver learning without interruption. With Totara Learn and Perform, Odido had a scalable solution for employees across internal, outsourced, and indirect sales teams, but also faced a tight rebranding challenge as it transitioned to a new identity and domain.

Totara helped Odido relaunch its learning environment as “My Campus” in just two weeks, updating access to the new @odido.nl domain, refreshing the platform’s design, and streamlining course content to focus on key compliance learning. The result was a successful launch of the new Odido My Campus, completed on a compressed timeline, with Totara’s flexibility enabling a seamless transformation during a major company rebrand.
