Odido launched their Totara Learn platform in just three months

Odido, the Dutch telecom company formerly known as T-Mobile, needed a modern learning platform to replace its outdated parent-company LMS. The new system had to support blended learning, learning paths, reporting, and free movement across Odido’s learning landscape, all within a tight three-month deadline. Totara Learn was chosen to help make the transition happen quickly.

Totara implemented Totara Learn in phases, starting with branding and e-learning functionality, then adding integrations such as automatic HR import and single sign-on across Odido systems and partner platforms. As a result, Odido went live on schedule within three months, and the rollout was well received by employees. Totara also enabled multiple tailored access points for different audiences, including internal staff and partners, expanding Odido’s learning reach.
