Nobia chose Totara Learn with implementation support from HowToMoodle, rolling out features gradually (hierarchies, modular programmes and tailored reporting) and a mobile‑friendly theme. The platform is used by about 1,500 people and delivered strong results within six months: 90% uptake among roll‑out staff, a 67% reduction in time to competency (from over five months to seven weeks), ~32 hours of admin saved per new employee, an estimated £88,000 additional revenue per employee from the faster ramp‑up, and an 11% improvement in staff retention.
