NFON AG, a Munich‑based pan‑European cloud PBX provider serving over 15,000 customers, needed a scalable way to train and certify a growing, nationwide network of partners and remote staff across sales, technical, support and operations. The challenge was to give distributed users easy access to training materials, datasheets and technical documentation, deliver bite‑sized learning, reduce travel and increase partner productivity through more cost‑effective, interactive channels.
By implementing Totara Learn with Synergy Learning, NFON launched a single, engaging LMS that combines online forums, product learning resources and a dedicated partner learning portfolio for accreditations and certifications. The platform quickly increased course completions and resource usage, encouraged self‑learning and reduced dependence on in‑person training, while enabling learners to carry individual certifications and delivering positive feedback from staff and partners.
