They implemented Totara Learn 2.7 as THRIVE, a responsive, branded LMS with HRIS integration that auto-provisions accounts, places users into role-based audiences, and offers powerful reporting for leaders. Since its July 2015 launch, usage has more than doubled, nearly 80% of staff have accessed the platform (64% returning for multiple courses), feedback has been very positive, training silos have been reduced, and business groups are actively promoting and tailoring learning.
