Using Totara Learn, Customs launched a large catalogue of off‑the‑shelf and in‑house courses organized via Totara Programs, migrated historic learning records, and implemented an on‑premise SSO solution delivered with Catalyst. A custom Benchmark plugin captured on‑the‑job training and progress, enabling self‑managed learning, clearer manager visibility, and improved access to development and compliance tracking across the organisation.
