New Look, a leading fast-fashion retailer with over 590 UK stores and global e-commerce presence, needed to replace a Totara-based learning platform that suffered technical glitches and poor supplier support. To better serve its 15,000 employees and relaunch The Academy, the business sought a more reliable, scalable learning solution.
Learning Pool implemented Totara Learn to deliver Day One induction, soft skills, MS Office and site-specific training, integrated with HR and offering multi-language support. A later relaunch introduced a more on-brand template, cleaner navigation and dozens of Leadership Catalogue courses, resulting in easier course discovery, stronger development offerings and positive user feedback; New Look now has a roadmap for notifications, social features, one-click reporting, Adapt authoring and future LXP/AI enhancements.
