A Totara Case Study

Preview of the Concern Worldwide Case Study

Modernizing learning experiences for Concern Worldwide employees through better UX and upgraded technologies

Concern Worldwide, an international humanitarian organization with more than 3,000 employees across 24 countries, needed to modernize its Learn365 learning platform after seven years without an upgrade. Using Totara LMS, the organization wanted a more engaging user experience, a new theme, simpler pages, and better support for new learning initiatives like induction and management programmes.

Totara, through partner Synergy Learning, upgraded Learn365 to Totara 12, rebuilt the theme, improved site translations, and refreshed the UX for easier navigation. The upgrade delivered offline access, stronger reporting, and better multilingual access, helping Concern monitor mandatory training more efficiently and improve learning access for staff in areas with unstable internet. The project was delivered on time and to budget, and Concern reported positive early feedback and expects higher learner engagement.
