Lewisham Homes is a nonprofit landlord established in 2007 that manages over 18,000 homes in Lewisham. Its Organisational Development team relied on multiple spreadsheets to manage training and needed a more efficient way to deliver mandatory compliance training to large, field‑based teams who were not regular computer users.
Lewisham Homes implemented Totara Learn (branded internally as “My Learning”) via Mind Click, centralising administration, reporting and bookings and adding off‑the‑shelf e‑learning and blended programmes. Launched to 500 staff in 2014, the platform improved remote access and mobile booking, moved induction content online, streamlined processes for managers and the OD team, and delivered measurable time and cost savings while enabling expansion into mentoring and future performance management.
