Working with Totara Partner Bright Alley, Lely implemented Totara Learn to centralize training records, manage certifications and import historic results. Integrating the LMS with Active Directory lets certifications be pushed to give automated, personalized access to specific products, while Totara’s online and face-to-face modules enable consistent, global training. The result is a single global learning platform that puts managers in control, maintains high safety and service standards, and makes learning available anytime, anywhere.
