Kia Motors Sweden Use Totara Learn to Deliver Multi-device Blended Learning

Kia Motors America needed a more modern, user-friendly LMS to support blended learning across multiple roles, while making it easier for managers to track progress and for administrators to reduce manual training tasks. In the case study, Kia’s Swedish operations were using Totara Learn to address these challenges, including training for sales, service advisors, technicians, and management.

Totara implemented Totara Learn with responsive web access, stronger programme management, and a custom enrolment plugin to handle blended learning cohorts with face-to-face and e-learning activities. The result was a much improved user experience, faster access from any device, and a successful launch that reached hundreds of users within days; Totara also helped Kia demonstrate the new LMS through an engaging live quiz, with real-time results displayed during the internal rollout.
