JLG Industries, a global leader in lift and access equipment, needed a flexible, enterprise‑scale training platform to serve diverse audiences across languages, locations and delivery formats. They required reliable tracking of learner data and complex certification paths while maintaining fast site performance and a single, easy-to-use interface.

Working with Remote‑Learner, JLG migrated from Moodle to Totara Learn, built a development site to refine the user experience, and added custom plugins (including auto‑enrolment for certification pathways and an ID‑card purchasing integration). The result is a scalable, fully supported LMS with a unified content search, stronger reporting and user management, extended functionality that preserves upgradeability, and improved ability to deliver and track training worldwide.
