Jaguar Land Rover needed a secure way to manage occupational health services across multiple sites, including appointments, clinical data, notifications, and reporting for its staff wellbeing programme. Working with Totara and Health Partners Group, the company sought a booking and learning management system that could support both face-to-face and online appointments while improving employee wellbeing and rehabilitation.

Totara, through partner Think Learning, delivered a bespoke booking system and LMS built on its off-the-shelf platform, with features such as SSO, SMS notifications, seminar reporting, and custom data integrations. Implemented in just 5 months, the solution helped save admin time, enabled group and self-enrolment appointments, and improved reporting; in the past 6 months it supported 2,436 bookings, 1,911 attended appointments, and reduced non-attendance from 25% to 11%.
