Jaguar Land Rover boosts staff wellbeing with bespoke booking and LMS system by Totara & Health Partners Group

Health Partners Group, a healthcare organisation focused on preventive, patient-centred care, was contracted to deliver on-site Occupational Health services for Jaguar Land Rover. To support this pioneering UK project, they needed a secure way to manage appointments, clinical data, notifications, and reporting across multiple wellbeing centres, and turned to Totara for help with a booking system and LMS.

Totara, working through partner Think Learning, delivered a bespoke booking system and learning management solution built on Totara’s platform, with features such as SSO, SMS notifications, seminar tracking, API integrations, and reporting enhancements. The system was implemented in just five months and has saved significant admin time, enabled group and self-enrolment appointments, and improved data capture; in the past six months it supported 2,436 bookings, 1,911 attended appointments, and cut non-attendance to 11% from 25%.
