Yellow Room Learning (YRL) is an information security and awareness training provider founded in 2015 with clients worldwide. After struggling with limited Moodle customisation and a basic multi-tenant LMS that wasn’t mobile-friendly, YRL needed a visually appealing, mobile-responsive platform that offered clear per-client reporting, soft multi-tenancy for both small and large customers, and Active Directory integration.

YRL partnered with HowToMoodle to deploy Totara Learn and launched a customised, hosted site in six weeks, including a responsive theme, admin support, AD integration, and configuration workshops. The solution delivered easier administration and onboarding, stronger reporting and learner engagement (including successful use with a 4,000-user client), improved sales demonstrations via a staging site, and a platform that supports YRL’s growth plans and future eCommerce and mobile app initiatives.
