Indeed migrated to open‑source Totara Learn with Totara Partner Remote‑Learner, implementing a search‑first, audience-targeted experience that lets employees book training directly into calendars and delivers role-specific recommendations. More than 400 courses and historical completion data were migrated, giving L&D greater control, faster customization and ongoing collaboration to explore new functionality and improve UX.
