Hunkemöller, Europe’s leading multi‑channel lingerie brand with over 700 stores and 5,000 employees, needed to ensure a consistent, world‑class customer experience as it expanded into 17 countries. Their existing LMS and content didn’t reflect the brand’s values (fun, passionate, inspiring, in touch, sexy), so Learning & Development required a branded, scalable training solution to make every store deliver the same service standards.
Working with TinQwise and The Courseware Company, Hunkemöller launched a Totara Learn–based Hunkemöller Academy with four tailored e‑learning modules (World‑class Service, Bra Expert, Omni Channel and Plus One), branded certificates and open badges. The programme hit its goal far faster than expected—75% of employees certified in under four weeks—boosted engagement and social sharing (#HKMAcademy), and paved the way for a global 20‑day interactive introduction programme plus further integrations and reporting.
