Working with Totara Learn, the SPS sought a future-proof training hub for its 5,000 learners across 13 custodial establishments.

Totara, through its partner Cortexa, migrated SPS to Totara Learn v15, refreshed the site design, and introduced improved role hierarchies, custom room booking, detailed reporting, and administrator training. The result was a smoother launch and simplified processes, with measurable outcomes including 13,504 course completions, 14,220 certification completions, and 134 user audiences.
