How i-mens centralized their training operations in a single LMS

i-mens, a home care and nursing organization formed from several sub-organizations, needed a shared learning platform to centralize training and replace an outdated e-learning system that created security issues. They turned to Totara, with support from The Learning Hub, to meet the needs of different employee groups and streamline learning management across the organization.

Totara was implemented with workshops, sprint-based configuration, and technical integrations including SSO and HR system connectivity. As a result, i-mens launched Totara for onboarding and ongoing training, achieving more than 4,500 logins in the last year and 8,400 course completions overall, while significantly advancing the digitization of its L&D efforts.
