HFL Education, a national provider of school improvement and training services, needed to replace its outdated “CPD Hub” platform, which had limited reporting, poor integration with NetSuite, and a narrow SCORM-only content format. The old system created admin overhead, made it hard for trainers to access attendee data, and couldn’t support HFL’s ambition to modernize and scale its services nationwide.

Totara, implemented with Accipio, delivered a modern, integrated learning and commerce platform with NetSuite syncing, online shop functionality, and training management tools. The result was seven figures of revenue in the first 10 months, 30,000 licenses sold, over 14,000 transactions, and more than 22,000 seminar bookings, while also increasing sales outside Hertfordshire by 40% and improving data accuracy, automation, and the learner experience.
