Henley Properties, a trusted Australian homebuilder with nearly 30 years in the industry, faced a learning challenge: training was low priority, efficiency was unclear, and their legacy LMS hadn’t been updated since 2005. With a new Learning & Development Manager charged with improving workplace learning—and the business cautious about change and investment risk—Henley engaged Totara partner My Learning Space to build a stronger, low‑risk learning proposition.

Henley chose Totara Learn for its features, customisability and value, and My Learning Space delivered implementation, branding, SSO, training and support. A direct integration with GO1 content sped the launch, enabling microlearning, reduced classroom time, mobile access for remote staff and phased feature rollouts. The result was improved access and engagement and a cultural shift where learning became a practical part of employees’ toolboxes.
