Hampshire Trust Bank, a UK commercial and savings bank, faced growing regulatory pressure to ensure all staff stayed up to date with role-specific compliance training. Although they had developed bespoke e-learning, they needed a secure, branded Learning Management System that could be implemented quickly and support automatic user provisioning, targeted course assignments, SCORM content, refresher prompts, flexible reporting and mobile access.
They selected Totara Learn delivered by Think Associates and went live within four weeks. The solution integrated with Active Directory to auto-enrol starters and leavers into department-specific mandatory training, used gated SCORM courses and two-attempt quizzes that issue certificates, and sends scheduled reports to the compliance team each morning. The result: 100% of staff have logged in, average compliance scores are 93.5% (lowest 91.2%), new hires complete at least three e-learning items on day one, and administrative overhead for compliance tracking has been greatly reduced.
