Grup Pyrénées wanted to transform its training culture and standardize learning across the organization, but its content and processes were previously fragmented. Working with Totara and its partner Actua Solutions, the company set out to build a unified digital learning environment that could support onboarding, compliance, and other strategic training needs.

Totara helped implement an integrated learning ecosystem on the Totara platform, combining HR ERP, training management, in-person registration, gamification, and customized content. The result was the launch of the Pyrénées Training platform, 100% workforce training coverage, 975 active users, 17 onboarding programs, 15 programs for other employee groups, and a 75% approval rate for onboarding programs, alongside strong user engagement and improved reporting and analytics.
