Graydon, a 130-year-old provider of financial and commercial intelligence, converts big data into actionable insights that help customers reduce risk and find growth opportunities. To deepen market knowledge and better inspire both customers and employees, Graydon needed a single platform to share research, training and product insights and to encourage interaction across organizations.

Graydon implemented the Graydon Learning Centre on Totara Learn (built with The Courseware Company), featuring an in‑house library of e-learning, white papers, e-books, industry research, infographics, tutorials, blogs and tools. The platform strengthened customer communication and collaboration, enabled managers to distribute tailored modules internally and to clients, and was later extended as an internal learning centre—improving service, supporting strategic choices and sustaining ongoing market-focused content.
