A Totara Case Study
Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust needed to quickly move face-to-face training online, keep staff and volunteers compliant during the pandemic, and merge two legacy learning platforms after a recent NHS merger. The Trust turned to Totara and its Totara Learn LMS to create a more accessible, learner-focused approach for its 5,000 employees.
Totara Learn was rebranded as “Care to Learn” and used to deliver blended learning, targeted training by audience, and real-time compliance reporting with single sign-on access. The results included less manual reporting, fewer support queries, improved productivity, and reduced emails and complaints from staff and managers, while also enabling patient self-care learning and new training pathways.
