Bticino Mexico, the Mexican arm of Italian electrical manufacturer Bticino (part of the Legrand Group), needed a reliable, on-brand learning solution to deliver consistent product and management training to a geographically dispersed workforce of more than 600 employees and hundreds of channel partners. The company required 24/7 access to training, fast and profitable rollouts, and a platform that maintained training quality and prestige while supporting just-in-time mobile learning.
Working with Totara partner Aura Interactiva, Bticino launched a customized Totara Learn platform in under a month with branded UI, custom reporting, and a mobile-first course design using SHIFT’s HTML5 responsive development. The initiative produced rapid results: 100% nationwide coverage, over 600 sales and channel partners registered, more than 1,800 learners, 70+ responsive eLearning screens, reduced training costs, improved access and convenience, and a flexible, on-brand training model.
