First Intuition revolutionises learning with bespoke platform for commercial and apprenticeship learners

First Intuition, a UK-based private training provider for accountancy and leadership and management learners, was growing quickly and struggling with two separate learning systems that made commercial and apprenticeship delivery disjointed. The company needed better content delivery, reporting, adaptive learning journeys, and regulatory support, so it turned to Totara and its learning platform.

Totara implemented a bespoke, flexible platform with customized dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking, later extended with Totara Perform. The result was a single learning journey for apprentices, about 5 hours saved per apprentice per year, stronger coaching and internal collaboration, better regulatory reporting, improved learner engagement, and enough quality improvement to support First Intuition’s outstanding Ofsted result in 2022.
