Farrow & Ball, a UK manufacturer of premium paints and handcrafted wallpaper, needed to educate all staff—across roles, locations and devices—on product qualities, application and colour theory. With around 450 diverse, often mobile learners, the challenge was to deliver branded onboarding and product training that was easy to access, track and report on.

Mind Click created a suite of on‑brand e‑learning modules while Learning Pool’s Totara Learn provided a flexible, mobile LMS for hosting, reporting and learner self‑booking. The combined solution preserved Farrow & Ball’s brand, improved the learner experience and visibility of L&D offerings, and enabled managers to track and report training completion.
