Eurofirms Group Overhauls Training Landscape, Achieving 95% Team Engagement with Innovative Learning Platform

Eurofirms Group, a multinational HR company operating across 7 countries, needed a more flexible and intuitive way to design training itineraries for different roles and business lines. Its existing e-learning environment was fragmented across multiple systems, making training hard to navigate and limiting visibility for both employees and managers. Totara was selected as the platform foundation for this transformation, helping Eurofirms centralize learning into a single, more user-friendly experience.

With Totara, Eurofirms Group launched Eurofirms University, creating customized learning paths, integrating internal courses and external content such as GoodHabitz, and connecting Microsoft Teams for online training and attendance tracking. The new platform also enabled in-house content creation with Articulate and brought all learning into one control point. As a result, more than 95% of the team accessed the platform, and Eurofirms now has a scalable training model supporting its international growth.
