A Totara Case Study
EULAR, the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology, needed a platform for its first hybrid Congress to give virtual attendees access to content, let partners showcase themselves, ensure strong data protection and compliance, and integrate multiple third-party systems. EULAR also wanted robust reporting and a foundation for on-demand content and longer-term collaboration beyond the event week, using Totara Engage.
Totara, working with LearnChamp, delivered a virtual exhibitors’ platform built on Totara Engage with workspaces as booths, dashboards mirroring the congress site, live streaming, networking features, and seamless SSO integrations. The solution supported over 18,000 participants, including about one-third virtual attendees, improved engagement through gamified features like a selfie mosaic, and provided detailed reporting on clicks, visits, video engagement, and workspace activity.
