Ergo Insurance rolls out self service training portal tailored for staff and intermediaries

ERGO Insurance NV, the Benelux subsidiary of ERGO Group, needed a new Learning Management System to deliver and manage training for independent brokers, exclusive agents and internal staff. The LMS had to support face-to-face, synchronous and asynchronous formats, let learners self-subscribe, enable trainers to create and distribute varied content, and track training and FSMA regulatory points.

Vision by Deloitte implemented Totara Learn (branded Enforce) with an Adobe Connect module, building a user-friendly dashboard, searchable training catalog with integrated subscription and robust reporting. ERGO received trainer support and within a month half of users were regularly using the platform, most users immediately accessed the catalog, and learners could self-check FSMA points — significantly increasing uptake and compliance visibility.
