ERGO Insurance NV, the Benelux arm of a major European insurance group, needed a modern Learning Management System to deliver and manage training for multiple audiences—independent brokers, exclusive agents and in-house staff—across face-to-face, synchronous and asynchronous formats. Key challenges included creating a user-friendly, self-service experience so learners could find and subscribe to relevant courses, enabling trainers to produce and distribute diverse content easily, and meeting FSMA regulatory reporting and education-point tracking requirements.
Vision by Deloitte implemented Totara Learn (Enforce) with an Adobe Connect module, building a dashboard-driven LMS with an integrated catalog, one-step subscriptions for linked classroom/e-learning courses, FSMA points visibility, and trainer support. Within a month, half of users were regularly using the platform, most users accessed the catalog to self-subscribe, and learners could independently check their compliance points—demonstrating fast adoption and clear progress toward ERGO’s objectives.
