Elysium migrated to a new Totara Learn platform in a single weekend

Elysium Healthcare, a UK specialist care provider with about 3,500 staff, needed a modern, branded learning management system to replace an outdated LMS and improve ease of access for staff across multiple sites. After evaluating options, they selected Totara Learn and engaged Chambury Learning Solutions to deliver a site that reflected the organisation and supported streamlined user access and audience-based training.

Chambury built a fully responsive Totara theme with custom navigation elements, Active Directory integration for single sign-on and automated user and audience management, and new reporting dashboards for compliance tracking. The platform and all data were migrated over a single weekend (site returned to the training team within 2.5 days), core certifications were live at go‑live, and accurate compliance reporting was available from day one, with further service-specific theming planned for phase 2.
