EduCare supports more than 1 million course completions in one year

EduCare, the UK’s leading provider of essential duty of care and safeguarding training, needed to replace a complex, costly setup of seven LMSs with a more modern, user-friendly, open-source platform that could scale to over 500,000 users and support more than 1 million course completions a year. EduCare chose Totara, working with Totara Partner Accipio to consolidate its fragmented learning environment and reduce reliance on a single external agency.

Totara implemented the world’s largest Totara Learn platform for EduCare, migrating hundreds of thousands of users, 120+ courses, and 6,000 customers three months ahead of schedule. The new solution added multi-tenancy, e-commerce, SSO, automation, and custom reporting, helping EduCare bring platform management in-house, save significant time, and improve the learner experience; 98.5% of users said they would recommend EduCare’s online learning service.
