Preview of the easyJet Case Study

EasyJet innovate and improve their online learning academy and completely transform their learning culture

easyJet wanted to transform its online learning academy and learning culture, making learning more engaging, accessible, and easier to manage across the business. Working with Totara and Kineo, the airline used the Totara Kineo Edition to upgrade its learning experience platform, streamline content, and better integrate learning into day-to-day work and performance processes.

Totara implemented a blended, branded learning environment with integrations to Microsoft Teams, Workday, and easyJet’s People Development Hub, creating a single source of truth for learning. The results were strong: seminar attendance more than doubled, compliance completion rose from 91% to 93%, My Journey was accessed by 65 people soon after launch, and eLearning completions jumped from 7,102 pre-launch to 45,292 post-launch. Totara also helped reduce admin effort through automation and self-service, freeing teams to focus more on learning.
