Dorel Juvenile, the parent of brands like Maxi‑Cosi and Quinny, is a global leader in juvenile products with 7,000 employees across 34 locations and thousands of retail partners in Europe. Facing high staff turnover, dispersed stores, and language/cultural differences, the company needed a consistent, scalable way to train external retailers and internal trainers so everyone could confidently advise parents on product safety and legislation.

Dorel Juvenile launched the Dorel Juvenile Academy using Totara Learn as the LMS and e‑learning (built with Lectora) to deliver blended learning—online basic modules plus focused classroom sessions. The approach broadened reach, shortened training time, ensured consistent communication across countries, enabled certification and analytics to target learning needs, and freed trainers to deliver deeper product and sales training ahead of a phased European rollout.
