A Totara Case Study
The Victorian State Government’s Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) needed to replace an old, unsupported Totara LMS v2.9 system that was difficult to maintain, չէր wasn’t mobile or accessible enough, and could not properly track mandatory compliance refresher training for its 4,500 employees. Using Totara, the department also wanted a more modern performance management and learning experience for administrators and staff.
Working with Totara partner Androgogic, DJSIR upgraded to Totara TXP v14, reconfigured the platform, cleansed data, and added custom integrations and reporting. Totara delivered a more modern, supported LMS and performance system with improved automation, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and compliance management; results included automated certification tracking for all 4,500 staff and over 90% completion of 10,500 performance activities in 2021/22, with 80% completion of 7,300 assigned activities in the current 2022/23 cycle.
