Department for Exiting the EU Employees Benefit From Easy Performance Management

The Department for Exiting the European Union (DExEU) needed a simple, secure 360° platform to support a new year‑round performance management approach: one that would let employees gather and give feedback, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, map ratings to departmental Performance Standards and the ‘9‑box’ grid, and integrate with single sign‑on. Accipio was engaged to design and deliver the solution on Totara to drive a culture of high performance and streamline talent marking and manager approvals.

Accipio deployed Perform 360 on Totara with custom dashboards, banded 360 templates, grid‑based competency feedback, summary reports (and CSV exports), and SSO. The tool achieved wide adoption, with 95% of survey respondents saying it was easy to navigate and 85% saying it made providing feedback efficient; managers report more objective conversations and time savings, and HR now has capability maps to guide training and recruitment decisions.
