Deloitte's Digital Fluency Academy Makes Employees Digitally Fluent With Totara Learn

Deloitte’s Digital Fluency Academy is a web- and mobile-based learning platform built by Deloitte Workforce Transformation to raise consultants’ digital literacy and create consistency across the firm. Facing rapid change in areas like cryptocurrencies, blockchain and digital supply networks, Deloitte needed a centralized, Deloitte‑approved way to keep staff up to date with current terminology and trends.

Built on Totara Learn, the DFA gives administrators easy content updates, includes a digital maturity scan to personalize learning, and integrates with Deloitte’s BizQuiz microlearning app. Initially for internal use and now being productized for clients, the platform engages about 2,100 users (80% of employees with access), logged 12,000 visits in six months with ~13-minute average sessions, and roughly 400 users completed a “100% Challenge” that delivers more than ten hours of optional learning—showing strong uptake and scalability.
